We are currently recruiting for an Online Sales Consultant to support the warehousing division of our Online Sales team in Carlisle. This is an exciting time to join the team as we continue to expand our online sales offering, developing our presence across our own online platform as well as eBay, Amazon and others.

The ideal candidate will have previous warehousing experience from a fast-paced environment and will be motivated, adaptable, with the ability to work well as part of a team. The role will largely entail working in our busy warehouse, picking and packing orders placed online for distribution to customers. You will ensure product deliveries are stored accurately and safely in the correct locations, managing stock levels and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

The successful candidate will have basic level IT skills to support colleagues with price maintenance, item listings and online inventory when required. Delivering excellent service by quickly and efficiently facilitating customer orders from receipt to despatch will be key in this busy and demanding role.

Normal working hours are based on a rota system including weekends so applicants must be flexible to cover between the hours of 7.00am and 5.00pm.

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated IT Technician to join the team at our head office in Newburn, Newcastle. Assisting with the smooth running of the department and the day-to-day management of IT infrastructure, the successful candidate will provide support across the business, ensuring hardware and software issues are resolved promptly and effectively.

Working as part of a small, busy team the role will be responsible for all aspects of developing and maintaining the IT systems and telephone networks including:

  • • Cabling, Communication devices, PCs, terminals and printers and router configuration
  • • Install, configure and support Microsoft Windows and Office software on all PCs
  • • Assist and support users with the company ERP system (Kerridge K8) and approved specialist PC applications such as kitchen planning software for which training will be provided
  • • Provide assistance to IT users on IT related issues
  • • Liaise with 3rd party support companies as required

  • • Monitor PC network to ensure data backups, Antivirus software and Microsoft software patches are up to date
