The introduction of the gender pay gap report has brought greater focus on the differences between the pay of men and women in the workplace.


We know that gaps between male and female pay and bonus are due to the structure of our workforce and driven by a higher concentration of men across the business. This is indicative of the builder’s merchant industry, where women remain significantly underrepresented.
