Returns & Restocking

If you request a return for a product that is not faulty, JT Dove reserves the right to apply a manufacturer restocking charge. This restocking charge only covers handling and restockingit does not include the cost of returning the item(s) to the manufacturer, which will be the responsibility of the customer. Returns must comply with our Returns Policy (including timeframes, packaging, and inspection), and the product must be unused and in original condition to qualify for return acceptance (subject to the restocking charge as noted).
