The Everbuild Everflex Fire Mate Intumescent Sealant is the ideal way to ensure your home or workplace is safe from fire. This white sealant swells in excess of 150% of its original size when exposed to temperatures above 125C, providing a fire rating up to four hours in particular joint configurations. It doesn't require any priming and is permanently flexible, offering excellent acoustic properties too. Plus its easy to apply and tool off with a fast cure time of just 15 minutes.
